Luis Perez

QuarterbackQB
Struggles in Week 4 loss
QBArlington
April 22, 2024
Perez completed 15 of 28 passes for 144 yards with a touchdown and an interception in the Renegades' 17-9 loss to the Roughnecks on Sunday.
ANALYSIS
Perez uncharacteristically scuffled to connect consistently with his pass catchers after throwing for at least 214 yards in each of the first three games of the season and posting a 66.0 percent completion rate in the process. The spring league veteran saw nearly half (seven) of his 15 completions go to the running back tandem of Leddie Brown and De'Veon Smith, and his fumble on a sack at the Roughnecks' 42-yard line with 18 seconds remaining snuffed out any chance of a comeback for Arlington. Perez will look to regroup and lead the Renegades to what's proven an elusive first win in a Week 5 matchup at home versus the Brahmas on Saturday night.
