23-Year-Old Left WingLW
Florida Panthers
2019 Fantasy Outlook
Hunt will be fighting an uphill battle to make the Panthers' roster after totaling 10 points in 31 games last season. The winger turns 24 in November, so he's running out of time to establish himself as a legitimate NHL player. Florida's gearing up to be competitive this season and splurged on bottom-six forwards in free agency, suggesting the team doesn't have much faith in the likes of Hunt. Read Past Outlooks

Hunt signed a one-year, two-way contract with the Panthers on Wednesday.
ANALYSIS
Hunt spent most of the 2018-19 season in the minors, racking up 23 goals and 44 points in 51 games, but he also made 31 appearances with the big club, notching three goals and 10 points over that span. The 23-year-old forward will likely have a similar role in 2019-20, so there's no reason for fantasy owners to keep tabs on him at this point.

2018 Fantasy Outlook
Hunt made his NHL debut during the 2017-18 season, recording one assist over 11 appearances with Florida. He was much more effective on the offensive end with AHL Springfield, scoring 23 goals and 46 points in 58 games. The 22-year-old forward will likely spend most of his time at the AHL level again during the 2018-19 campaign, but he should see some NHL action at some point. Florida could have a logjam at forward, so Hunt may only get called up to the parent club in case of injuries.
