Skating with second PP unit
Capobianco skated with the second power-play unit during morning practice ahead of Tuesday night's game versus Minnesota, Ken Wiebe of Sportsnet reports.
ANALYSIS
Capobianco appears set to replace Ville Heinola in the lineup against the Wild. The 25-year-old Capobianco has picked up just one goal through six games with the Jets this season, but he could see more opportunities to score Tuesday if he gets regular time with the man advantage, making him an intriguing value play in daily fantasy contests.

Past Fantasy Outlooks

2018
Capobianco only saw limited action in the NHL last season, but he was able to score his first -- and to date, only -- NHL goal in nine appearances. The third-round pick from 2015 has shown a scoring touch with AHL Tucson, where he had 10 goals and 37 points in 42 minor-league outings last year. The organization showed faith in him by rewarding Capobianco with a two-year contract in October, with the expectation he'll compete for a roster spot in training camp. Fantasy managers likely won't need to account for Capobianco heading into the 2020-21 season, as he'll likely start the year in the minors or the press box. The 23-year-old will, however, be near the top of the list for call-ups if the Coyotes' blue line is ravaged by injuries.
