The Lions and Brothers meet for a two-game series which could help one of the sides close the five-game lead the Monkeys have opened up over the rest of the league. The Lions saw their hot streak end over the weekend as they dropped two straight games to the Guardians. They'll turn to American righty Donn Roach to end their skid, though they'll need him to be far better than he's been in his first three outings in Taiwan if that's to happen. He's been lit up for 16 runs in 16.1 innings of work thus far, striking out just 15.6 percent of opposing batters. The Brothers are on a two-game losing streak of their own after falling twice to the Monkeys over the weekend. They'll start second-year lefty Huang En-Sih. After posting a very poor 7.47 ERA in 68.2 innings as a rookie last season, he's been decent enough in his first two starts this year, striking out nine and walking two while giving up six earned runs in 11.1 innings.

Huang En-Sih, Brothers: Donn Roach has been nowhere near good enough to risk starting in this contest. Throw in the fact that Huang is three credits cheaper, and the decision for which pitcher to go with seems like an easy one.
Su Wei-Ta, Brothers: Su remains a strong budget choice at just nine credits. While he did go hitless on Sunday, he went 15-for-34 over his previous seven games.
Yueh Tung-Hua, Brothers: Yueh joins his teammate Su as an excellent mid-price option. Coming in at just 9.5 credits, Yueh is riding a six-game hitting streak and has hits in nine of his last 10 contests.
