Will play in spring game
WRNebraska
April 11, 2019
Warner (undisclosed) is listed as a member of the "Red team" for Saturday's spring game, the Omaha World Herald reports.
ANALYSIS
Warner skipped out on parts of spring practice this offseason due to an undisclosed issue, but it appears it's no longer an issue as the spring session winds down. The walk-on receiver hauled in 17 passes for 95 yards over eight games as a freshman and could be positioned for a larger role in 2019 with Stanley Morgan gone. A strong showing in the spring game and fall practice would certainly help his cause.
