Recommits to Louisville
April 23, 2020
Reed rejoined the Louisville roster in January after transferring from Iowa Western Community College, Jody Demling of 247Sports.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Reed signed with Louisville out of high school in 2017 when Bobby Petrino was still the head coach and played two seasons for the Cardinals before leaving the program last March, a few months after Scott Satterfield was hired as Petrino's replacement. After initially committing to Georgia State following his transfer from Louisville, Reed ultimately changed his mind and decided to play a year in the JUCO ranks, catching 19 passes for 253 yards and two scores in four games with Iowa Western. He'll be able to compete right away as he returns to Louisville with two years of eligibility remaining.
