Reveals positive COVID-19 test

Djokovic announced in a statement Tuesday that he tested positive for COVID-19, ESPN.com reports.

The ATP's top-ranked player's positive test comes in the wake of his recent involvement in organizing the Adria Tour, a tennis exhibition series that was held in his native Serbia before moving to Croatia this past weekend. Djokovic becomes the fourth player that participated in the Adria Tour to test positive positive for the coronavirus. The 33-year-old revealed that his wife, Jelena, also tested positive for the virus, so the couple plans to remain in self-isolation for the next two weeks before repeating the test in five days.
