Knee
May 24, 2020
AHL Tucson general manager Steve Sullivan said in an interview last week that Jenik (knee) is ready to resume skating, Craig Morgan of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Jenik continues to progress well in his recovery from the torn ACL he suffered at the World Junior Championships in December that required season-ending surgery. The forward will need to gradually increase the intensity of his skating before he's cleared for full-contact practices, but Sullivan expects that the 19-year-old will be "pretty darn close" to being back to full health in advance of the 2020-21 AHL season.
