2018 Fantasy Outlook
Selected by Cincinnati in Round 5 of the 2017 draft, Elliott lost a camp battle to Randy Bullock, then caught on in Philly after Caleb Sturgis was injured Week 1. The youngster made 17 of 19 tries from 40 or more yards in 15 games, but he did miss three in the 30-39 range, then shanked two PATs (but was perfect on field goals) during the playoffs. He didn't get many chip shots on a team ranked No. 2 in red-zone TD rate. Read Past Outlooks

Signing with Eagles for 2019
KPhiladelphia Eagles
February 22, 2019
Elliott is staying with the Eagles on a one-year contract for 2019, Jeff McLane of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
ANALYSIS
Elliott was scheduled to become an exclusive rights free agent, essentially locking him in for another year in Philadelphia even before Friday's agreement. The 24-year-old kicker has converted 83.9 percent of field-goal attempts and 93.5 percent of PATs through two seasons, including 19 of 21 from 40-49 yards and seven of 11 from 50-plus. Given his attachment to an above-average offense, Elliott makes sense as a low-end kicker option with some upside in the final round of 2019 fantasy drafts.

2017 Fantasy Outlook
Selected in the fifth round of this year's draft, Elliott competed with Randy Bullock for the starting job, a battle the rookie lost. Elliott made all 202 of his PAT attempts during his college career, though he was only 21 of 26 on his field-goal attempts last season at the University of Memphis.
