Poole will sign a one-year, $3.5 million contract with the Jets, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Poole visited the Jets and the Falcons before finally agreeing to terms with the Jets. He's coming off of a 74-tackle, three-interception season for Atlanta in 2018 and will figure to serve as a nickel corner once again in 2019.

2018 Fantasy Outlook
The former undrafted defensive back out of Florida has developed into a solid asset for the Falcons, playing in 31 of the team's 32 games over his first two seasons while compiling 121 tackles, 14 pass deflections and three forced turnovers. Perhaps the most underrated aspect of his game is his ability to get after the passer, as he led all cornerbacks with 11 total quarterback pressures during his rookie campaign in 2016. The arrival of second-round pick Isaiah Oliver may reduce his defensive snap count from the 53.5 percent figure that he established last year, but the coaching staff will surely find ways to get Poole on the field, either as Atlanta's primary option at nickelback or as a valuable substitute in the secondary.
