The Packers might not need him much to secure the victory, but if they look to Allen Lazard he will pose a big mismatch against Philadelphia's tiny corners.

Dunbar is expected to visit with the Lions and Cardinals this week, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
ANALYSIS
Dunbar's 2020 season ended prematurely, as he was diagnosed with a "chronic knee issue" that required surgery in December. The 28-year-old cornerback posted 30 tackles, five pass breakups and an interception over six games, and he allowed a 111.0 passer rating when targeted in coverage. Dunbar was a sturdy No. 2 opposite Shaquill Griffin in Seattle, but it's unclear how much his knee will impede his performance moving forward. Both Detroit and Arizona have unsettled secondaries, so Dunbar would likely secure a starting role with either team.

Traded to Seattle ahead of the 2020 campaign, Dunbar is coming off a lost season that started with significant legal troubles and ended with him being placed on injured reserve in December. Now healthy and looking to restore his market value while playing on a one-year deal in Detroit, he gives the Lions a low-risk, high-reward option to play with last year's No. 3 overall pick, Jeff Okudah. Should Dunbar show the Lions coaching staff that he can return to his form from 2019 - when he graded as the No. 3 overall cornerback according to Pro Football Focus - the 29-year-old should have no problem cracking the starting lineup opposite Okudah. However, he'll need to beat out incumbent Amani Oruwariye first and hold off third-round rookie Ifeatu Melifonwu second.
The Seahawks likely brought in Dunbar to start opposite Shaquill Griffin at cornerback, where he should beat out Tre Flowers for at least the No. 2 role. Dunbar has played just 18 games over the last two seasons, but despite the injury concerns, he allowed just 6.8 yards per target in 2019. For the time being, he's off the commissioner's exempt list and should avoid a suspension, and with Jamal Adams over the top, the Seahawks' secondary has the potential of a top-10 unit.
A shin injury involving nerve damage limited Dunbar to seven games in 2018, but the quality of his play puts him right back in a starting role for the upcoming season. He piled up 39 tackles, nine pass defenses and two interceptions despite missing nine games, bringing his career totals to 104 tackles (93 solo), 27 PDs and five picks on 1,304 snaps. The per-snap production hints at IDP potential, especially if opposing quarterbacks continue throwing away from Josh Norman.
After starting eight of 40 games in his first three NFL seasons, Dunbar signed a three-year, $10.5 million extension with Washington in January. He entered training camp as the favorite for the starting cornerback job across from Josh Norman, potentially setting up a situation conducive to a large number of playmaking opportunities. Bashaud Breeland averaged 4.2 tackles and 1.0 passes defended per game over the past two seasons while serving as the regular starter opposite Norman.
