Khimki announced Monday that Shved (finger) won't be ready to play in the upcoming VTB United League All-Star Game and will likely remain sidelined for a few more weeks, Eurohoops.net repots.
ANALYSIS
Shved was recently sent in for additional scans on his fractured left pinkie finger, which revealed that he still hasn't healed enough to resume full-contact activity. Rather than having Shved play through the injury and suffer an aggravation, Khimki will allow the star shooting guard to rest up and rehab a little while longer. Shved, who is averaging 25.3 points, 7.4 assists and 3.0 rebounds per game over eight EuroLeague outings this season, hasn't played since late November.
