Chuba Hubbard
Running BackRB
2020 Fantasy Outlook
Hubbard was the best running back in the nation last season with 2,094 yards rushing which was the 16th most in FBS History. He added 21 touchdowns to go along with 12 100-yard rushing performances in his 13 games in 2019. This led to a Big 12 Offensive Player of the Year Award and unanimous All-American honors. Oklahoma State is primed for a breakout season as they return 19 starters including sophomore quarterback, Spencer Sanders and star receiver Tylan Wallace. With Sanders and Wallace able to stretch the field, there's no reason to think that Hubbard can't be fantasy's top running back once again. Although Hubbard is a candidate for touchdown regression, he's no doubt going to be a workhorse during his senior season. Read Past Outlooks
Salvages day with TD on 29 touches
September 19, 2020
Hubbard rushed for 93 yards and a touchdown on 27 carries while catching a pair of passes on two targets in Saturday's 16-7 win over Tulsa.
ANALYSIS
Although Hubbard managed just 3.4 yards per carry behind a shaky offensive line, he still saw 29 total touches which is the volume that is expected from one of college football's premier backs. He added the only touchdown for the Cowboys on the day as the Cowboys struggled without their starting quarterback, Spencer Sanders, who left with an ankle injury in the first quarter. Sanders' injury isn't expected to be serious, so Hubbard should have a better day when Oklahoma State hosts West Virginia next week.

Oklahoma State's Chuba Hubbard is the runaway No.1 running back for 2020, but he's got some impressive competition on his heels. Find out who rounds out our top 36 with in-depth outlooks from our staff.
2019 Fantasy Outlook
Justice Hill had the seventh-most rushing yards in Oklahoma State history, and while losing him to the NFL hurts, Hubbard gave Cowboys fans a glimpse of a bright future with an impressive freshman campaign. Hubbard averaged 6.0 yards per carry and was an impact player in the passing game with 22 catches on 28 targets. Now that Hill is gone, the runway is clear for Hubbard to take on a major workload in a Mike Gundy offense that may skew more towards the run due to a lack of a proven option at quarterback.
