Jonathan Taylor
Running BackRB
Wisconsin Badgers
2019 Fantasy Outlook
Through two seasons Taylor finds himself 103rd on the NCAA’s all-time rushing list with 4,171 yards, and if he maintains his current pace, he could vault into the top five all-time by the end of this season. Taylor is the ideal fantasy asset at running back; he has the build to take on the heaviest workload in the nation and plays in an offense that is routinely among the most run-heavy. His track speed led to seven of his 16 touchdowns come from outside the red zone, too. Taylor is the clear top fantasy running back. Read Past Outlooks
First sub-100 rushing effort
RBWisconsin
October 13, 2019
Taylor ran 26 times for 80 yards and two touchdowns and caught three passes for 22 yards during Saturday's game against Michigan State.
ANALYSIS
Taylor faced stacked boxes all night long, which allowed quarterback Jack Coan to produce arguably his best career game under center in a trouncing of the Spartans. Taylor still managed to go over 100 all-purpose yards and tallied a pair of scores, keeping his Heisman campaign on the tracks through one of the tougher defenses on the schedule. He may have an opportunity to fluff that up next week versus Illinois.

2018 Fantasy Outlook
Coming off a stellar freshman campaign in which he emerged from the pack to rush for 1,977 yards, breaking Adrian Peterson's freshman rushing record, Taylor enters 2018 unchallenged atop the depth chart. Taylor possesses a nice blend of power and speed, but he can struggle holding onto the football at times, losing eight fumbles last season. If he can quash those concerns and his offseason work to improve as a pass-catcher pays off, the sophomore could prove a true three-down workhorse and a trip to New York for the Heisman ceremony may be in the cards.
