Carter split the 2018 season between the Roughriders and Argonauts, accumulating 18 receptions for 230 yards and two touchdowns across 15 games. Now heading to his third CFL club in two seasons, Carter could have some bounce-back potential with the change of scenery. The 27-year-old previously tallied no fewer than 900 receiving yards and five touchdowns in his prior four years in Canada.
