Sumpter signed with Hamilton on Thursday.

ANALYSIS
Sumpter spent most of 2019 on the Tiger-Cats' practice squad, but he managed to appear in two games, where he failed to generate any receptions. The 23-year-old recorded 111 receptions for 1,989 yards and 21 touchdowns over his four collegiate seasons at Kennesaw State, but it's unlikely that he'll play a major role for Hamilton in 2020 unless injuries pile up.
