Gray was released by the Riders on Saturday, Jamie Nye of News Talk 980 CJME reports.

ANALYSIS
Gray, who hauled in 86 passes for 1,309 yards and 10 touchdowns during his tenure at Mississippi State, was unable to make the final Riders' roster. He'll presumably seek another contract prior to the beginning of the CFL season on June 13th.
