Named top AAC newcomer

ANALYSIS
Duren is a consensus five-star and top-10 overall prospect in a recruiting class at Memphis that is arguably tops in the nation. He'll have plenty of competition for reps on a team loaded with talent, but not many have the NBA Lottery ceiling of Duren. While only 17 years old, Duren has NBA-ready skills and body that will make the Tigers a force in the paint this year. The AAC is otherwise a conference characterized by upperclassmen and transfers, but few in the league will be able to go toe-to-toe with the young Duren, who also earned first-team all-conference honors.
