Buggs announced via his personal twitter account Sunday that he committed to Missouri as a graduate transfer.
ANALYSIS
Buggs will arrive from Hawaii, as the redshirt junior will graduate and be immediately eligible for the Tigers next season. Buggs started all 30 games for Hawaii last season, averaging 9.4 points, 4.5 rebounds and 5.3 assists across 34.8 minutes per contest. Depending on Xavier Pinson's NBA decision, Buggs should be in the mix with Pinson, Dru Smith and Mark Smith for playing time at the guard positions next season.
