Nolley withdrew his name from the 2020 NBA Draft on Sunday, Jake Weingarten of Stockrisers.com reports.
ANALYSIS
A report earlier Sunday suggested Nolley would explore the draft process, but the 6-foot-7 forward apparently had a change of heart just hours after declaring. He'll thus stick with Memphis after joining the program days earlier following his transfer from Virginia Tech. Due to current NCAA transfer rules, Nolley will have to sit out the 2020-21 season unless he's granted a waiver. Nolley should be in store for a significant role with Memphis when eligible after averaging 15.5 points, 5.8 boards, 2.4 assists and 2.1 treys per game as a redshirt freshman with Virginia Tech in 2019-20.
