Carry announced Sunday via his personal Instagram account that he will forgo a sixth year of eligibility at Kent State to enter the 2023 NBA Draft.
ANALYSIS
Carry was seemingly at least be able to apply another season of eligibility given that he was limited to five games due to a personal issue 2020-21. He declared for the draft last offseason as well, but ultimately returned to school for his fifth season. Carry will finish his career with consecutive seasons of scoring at least 17.5 points per game, and he made his first NCAA Tournament appearance in 2023 as well.
