RJ Cole

Bound for professional ranks
GConnecticut
March 28, 2022
Cole announced Monday that he plans to forgo his remaining eligibility at UConn to enter the 2022 NBA Draft, Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports reports.
ANALYSIS
Cole looks set to forgo a sixth and final season of eligibility coming off a redshirt senior season in which he averaged 15.8 points to go with 4.1 assists, 3.4 rebounds and 1.1 steals over 33 contests. At 6-foot-1 and 185 pounds, Cole is undersized for the professional ranks, but his scoring acumen could be enough for him to earn a two-way contract or an Exhibit 10 contract from an NBA team this summer.
