Sueing recorded 17 points (7-15 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 1-3 FT), five rebounds, five steals and three assists across 38 minutes in Saturday's 66-89 loss to USC.
There's not much to talk about in terms of the 2018-19 Golden Bears, who are 5-20 on the season and winless in conference play, with one of the historically worst defenses among Power 5 teams. That said, Sueing still comes to work and produces on a daily basis. Over his last six games, the sophomore has produced 18.0 points, 5.7 rebounds and 2.2 assists across 36.3 minutes. He's also tied for fourth in the conference with 39 steals, averaging 1.6 per contest. Any prospective turnaround for this program in 2019-20 will need to involve Sueing front and center, provided he doesn't decide to put his skills to better use by exploring the transfer market.
