Siewert added 14 points (4-7 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 4-4 FT), seven boards and one block during Colorado's three-point win over New Mexico on Tuesday.
Siewert (12.1 PPG) is joined by McKinley Wright and Tyler Bey as the only Buffaloes to average double-figures in scoring this season. For the most part, the trio's scoring output is interchangeable on any given night. The fluid composition of Colorado's offense yields some unpredictability, but also the chance for high volume box scores. Let Siewert's case be the prime example as the junior has posted six games with double figures in the scoring department and three games with eight or fewer points. The Brazilian should continue to make strides as the season progresses given his larger role this year.
