Normally, you want your bats playing at home. However, seven road games facing the weak Orioles and Rangers staffs in those prime hitting venues is a great consolation prize. That's the setup for the powerful Oakland lineup as we embark on the second full week of the season.
Other offenses in strong spots include the Rockies and Braves, both with the full seven games on the docket. For those favoring left-handed platoon hitters, note the Diamondbacks, Rockies and Giants are all slated to face four southpaws, so hopefully you have other options.
The Reds, Red Sox, Twins, Rangers and Blue Jays only have five contests on the docket as there is an inordinately high number of squads with two off days in a week so far this season.
