Integral in win
FRichmond Tigers
May 15, 2021
Martin scored four goals and two behinds to go with 28 disposals (16 kicks, 12 handballs) from Saturday's 87-83 win over GWS.
ANALYSIS
Martin went six rounds between 100-point fantasy scores and his production was essential to coming away with a high win. With the Tigers still struggling to find a regular groove, it's worth being careful with Martin, especially while his club remains short of some of its best players due to injury.
Off-game in return from concussion
FRichmond Tigers
May 7, 2021
Martin accumulated 21 disposals, four marks, two behinds and a single goal assist Friday as Richmond fell to Geelong 126-63 at MCG.
ANALYSIS
Martin's first game back since a Round 7 absence due to concussion was unremarkable, though his 21 touches tied him with Shai Bolton as Richmond's No. 2 for disposals versus Geelong and pair of behinds equaled a season-high originally set back in Round 1. Look for improved numbers from the Tigers forward on May 15th as the Tigers face-off against a seesaw GWS Giants squad.
Set to return to action in Round 8

Concussion
May 3, 2021
Martin (concussion) is slated to retake the field for Friday's clash versus the Cats, Sarah Black of the AFL's official site reports.
ANALYSIS
Martin sat out Round 7 versus Western after suffering the concussion the round prior, but it appears his symptoms have since cleared. He should retake his spot up front as a result and will aim to return to his early-season form when he averaged 115.5 fantasy points through the first two rounds.
Picks up concussion in loss
FRichmond Tigers
Concussion
April 24, 2021
Martin picked up a concussion during Saturday's 82-48 loss to Melbourne, according to Callum Twomey of AFL.com.
ANALYSIS
Martin is all but guaranteed to miss Round 7 against the Western Bulldogs while he enters the league's 12-day concussion protocol. It's all the better that he'll come back more motivated, as he was barely involved in Saturday's loss and will get a week to recover and get back to his dominating performances.
Collects 34 disposals in rout
FRichmond Tigers
April 15, 2021
Martin scored one goal and collected 34 disposals (15 kicks, 19 handballs) during Thursday's 134-48 win over Saint Kilda.
ANALYSIS
Martin set a new single-game high for disposals in a match this season season and didn't have much difficulty doing so. While it did help to face a Saints club short of some of their best players, Martin and the Tigers appear to be finding their groove after an inconsistent start to the season. It's worth waiting to see what Martin can do against a stronger opponent, though he's still always one of the best weapons on his team.
