Lloyd (quad) will be available for selection for Saturday's match versus Essendon.
Lloyd has yet to appear for the Giants during 2021 due to a torn quad suffered just before the start of the season. He appears to be in the mix for a debut Saturday after compiling seven goals, 123 disposals (74 kicks and 49 handbells), 38 marks and 28 tackles over 12 games last season.

March 16, 2021
Lloyd is set to miss 8-10 weeks with a torn quad tendon, his club announced Tuesday.
Lloyd unfortunately won't be able to play until a few months into the season after tearing a muscle. He provided quality value for a forward with seven goals in 12 matches last season but also with 10.3 disposals and 3.2 marks per match.

Lloyd (finger) is in line to be available for selection for Sunday's match versus West Coast.
Lloyd has been sidelined since late July by a finger injury, but that shouldn't have prevented him from keeping his fitness in check. As a result, there's a decent chance he could be back in the 22-man lineup for Sunday's clash with the Eagles. He has displayed some upside from a fantasy standpoint, finishing with a eight marks and a goal versus Hawthorn earlier in the campaign.

Lloyd has undergone surgery for a fractured finger and is set to miss approximately three weeks.
Lloyd has had a run of bad luck recently, missing the game prior to Saturday due to a concussion. While he was able to finish out Saturday's contest, Lloyd is facing a little more time on the sidelines with a new issue. He underwent a procedure to repair it Saturday.
Included as interchange

Lloyd will be an interchange for Friday's match versus Richmond.
Lloyd's exclusion from the injury list earlier in the week hinted that he was good to go but lineup announcement further confirms that. He should receive a good amount of run for the Giants and has managed to compile some fantasy-worthy matches even coming off of the bench.
Off injury list

July 21, 2020
Lloyd (concussion, managed) is no longer on the injury list ahead of Friday's match versus Richmond.
Lloyd should thus be in action for Friday's contest after being a late lineup exclusion last week for precautionary reasons. He served as an interchange in Round 6 versus Port Adelaide and would likely slot in at the same spot this week.
